Gut Stolzenhagen is a Genossenschaft — a members’ co-operative —of which Ponderosa is a member, along with many of our neighbours. The Genossenschaft meets regularly to agree collectively on plans for building and development, and to ensure that the buildings and resources of the area are being well-used.
