Learning and doing Shiatsu is refining the art of mindful touch. Shiatsu happens through one’s own center and connectedness; easy stretches, rotations, and sinking weight into your partner’s body along the meridian pathways balances the flow of energy. Giving shiatsu can be of great benefit, as well as of course receiving shiatsu!
Shiatsu improves proprioceptive feedback, can relieve stressfull conditions in the body and be one key to general wellbeing.
The Workshop will introduce you to basic Shiattu techniques, with special care to flexibility, posture, and alignment. Everybody is welcome!

Christine Mauch has a background in dance and physiotherapy. As a qualified shiatsu practitioner she is part of the team of Shiatsu Mitte, Berlin. The last two years she was teaching Shiatsu at the HZT Berlin.
