THE BODY of CI

The workshop offers technical training with CI and releasing work, investigation of the solo body (such as disorientation, risk taking, investigation of the reflexes at work) and exploring the dance in duet and group forms. The technical practice is also coming from releasing work, specially from Skinner Releasing Technique, where the tuning into the whole self, image and partner works providing / supporting safety, awareness and readiness. The improvisational aspect of CI in conjunction with physical conditions such as gravity and centrifugal force and the knowledge of the anatomy of the human skeleton can expand the range of motion and creation. Mindfulness plays a big role alongside the commitment to a co-dependence on one or more partners.

The workshop is open for all with basic knowledge of CI or other movement techniques.

Mo-Fr, 3-6 pm, workshopfee: 175€
