The 5 acres of land upon this former East Prussian Farm welcomes guests for day or overnight visits. The Ponderosa Seminar & Guest House rents large communal space and two sprung-floor studios, and includes:

November Until March
On the off season, it is also possible to rent the facilities with small groups, however, heating is limited to private rooms, and a few seminar rooms. Our studios are not yet heated and, as of yet, only available for warm weather use.
In July, the Ponderosa Tanzland Festival is teaming with activity and space is limited. If you would like to visit as a non-participant during the festival time, we will do our best to accommodate you. During the festival, meals are prepared for the guests by a fabulous cooking team.
We suggest you bring a tent if you need a quiet space during the festival time. There are a few double/private rooms available upon request for people with children or special needs, as well as 4-6 private accommodations with toilet and shower.

Peacock Sauna Club
A seriously stylish sauna arrangement for a seriously unique sauna experience. Powered by self-chopped wood, the sauna has space for up to 12 people. After your sweat you can take a plunge in the cold bathtub before relaxing around the campfire or in the warm and relaxing sauna antechamber.
